Despite albums are sorted by year, they aren't sorted by release date #160

This is one of my pain points with this -asides from this specific issue- wonderful app: A part of my collection is correctly sorted by year, yet not correctly sorted by release date

For example: Revolver and "Yesterday"... and Today were released both in 1966, and Sgt Pepper's and Magical Mystery Tour in 1967, however, the correct release order is Yesterday and Today > Revolver > Sgt Pepper's > Magical Mystery Tour. Is there a way to sort this in the correct order?

Do these specific albums have ID3v2 date tags correctly embedded? There's nothing that can be done if the related files either:

use ID3v1 tags, as these do not support release dates more specific than the year of the release.
use ID3v2 tags, but don't have the date information specified.

Sorry for not replying in almost a month, no, sadly the files don't use ID3 at all, however, I found a nice, but limited workaround by using Translit, using Cyrillic letters seems to put the albums at the end of the list, in this case, it works for the latter two albums, but it doesn't for the former ones.
