Provide list of files on SD Card #25

I would like to have the ability to get a list of files on the SD Card.  
Preferably, one could call the method with a file extension and get only files 
of that type returned.

We won't do this exactly, but as a stopgap we'll provide a way to pick files 
from the SD card using a file-picker app and the activity starter.

The next App Inventor release will show how to do this using activity starter.  
It will be an example in the new activity starter documentation.
