New release? Build from source? #105

Current release is approaching 3rd birthday, with 30+ commits since. Would love to take advantage of some of the new features - any timeline on pushing a new release? Or is there some reference on how to build this from sources?

I'm also trying to get the problem fixed and merged on #96 since it is quite annoying. Maybe @jaywilliams could assist us

Sorry guys, don't have any time to maintain Spotifree anymore. The Swift rewrite and the new features were kind of buggy so I never released them. Let me know if the alternative is good enough to recommend instead though!
