Changing segment id or geo id in the decoder? #34

SIS38xx modules originally does not have geographical address (or id). If the same segment id as the other module such as TDC is used (illegally) in the daq system, some processor such as TTimeRefProcessor (in share library) or TMappingProcessor will not work correctly.

If there is a room to change the geographical address and/or segment id, this mistake can be recovered in the analysis.
