Starry wanted to note... the "Reqested (boolean, 1 byte)" description is right BUT also worth noting "0 for a normal engineering update" only includes the DELTAS (teams that have moved / sections that are newly damaged/repaired), "1 when the packet is sent in response to the RequestEngGridUpdate packet" includes a complete list of ALL damage and ALL damcon teams.
