ExplosionPacket and DetonationPacket #167

all for 2.7.1

ExplosionPacket is used for emp's and nukes and mine explosions

if you send DetonationPacket for nukes/mines you dont get the extra shockwave ring if used for emps the explosion wont be the blueish explosion

I'm guessing ExplosionPacket and DetonationPacket descriptions about when they are used has been reversed?

Kaboom = 0xf754c8fe:0x00 for a mine: big deathstar-style spherical firework explosion with ring for a torp: nuke = big circular firework. emp = big blue puffy thing, others = big fireball for a creature: small blue sphere / puffy thing for a station: giant fireball Detonate = 0xf754c8fe:0x13 for a mine, nuke, EMP, other torp, smallish fireball doesn't work on a creature or a base.
