v1.65 Archaeology #171

Some of us have managed to get hold of v1.65 and v1.70 for archaeological purposes! :grin: v1.65 Object types appear to be:

Object Type 0x00 EOL

Object Type 0x01 PlayerShip (79-bit field - yikes, really? :open_mouth: )

Missing Weapons / Eng console objects? Ah perhaps that's why the PlayerShip looks almost (but not quite) as big as 1.70's PlayerShip + WeaponsCons + EngCons? Details TBC

Object Type 0x02 Enemy (39-bit field? "E75", "K43", etc)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x03 Civilian NPCShip (35 bit field? "De14", "Tr43", etc)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x04 Base (14 bit field, "DS1", "DS2", etc)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x05 Mine? (3 bit field)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x06 Anomaly (4 bit field, "ANOM")

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x07 not seen yet (might not exist)

Object Type 0x08 Nebula (6 bit field)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x09 Torpedo (8 bit field)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x0a BlackHole (3 bit field)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x0b Asteroid (3 bit field)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0x0c not seen yet (might be GenericMesh)

Object Type 0x0d Crystalline Entity? (4 bit field, all named "???"?)

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC

Object Type 0xe Xeno (13 bit field, all named "Xeno")

Probably the same as v1.70's - see #170 - TBC
