Adapt board settings to JLCPCB capabilities #111

Trying JLCPCB as PCB manufacturing vendor. Must adapt the boards to their settings:

Min. Trace: 5mil
Min. Spacing: 5mil
Min. Via To Trace (same as trace spacing in Kicad): 5mil
Min. Via hole size: 0.3mm
Min. Via diameter: 0.6mm
Annular Ring: 3mil

So the following settings are suggested:

Default net track width: 8mils
Default net clearance: 8mils
Default net via drill: 0.3mm
Default net via size: 0.6mm
Power net track width: 20mils
Power net clearance: 10mils
Power net via drill: 0.5mm
Power net via size: 1.0mm

Set this for:

[x] Motherboard
[x] GFX9918
[x] PS2 Adapter
