persistence=true PVC claim reconcile loop due to PersistentVolumeClaim.Spec.VolumeMode implicit default #1007

There is a repeated SS reconcile for CR.persistence=true as the PVC Spec template does not respect the current deployed spec, and blindly overwrites.
