In the managing-queues section the user is invited to apply some changes to a broker pod.
However while running the sections one after the others I terminated the broker pod just before starting the managing queues section.
I propose to add a paragraph stating that a broker pod must be up and running to be able to apply the commands in this section. And to add a link to the Deploying the broker section.
This way if anyone runs the documentation in any order it should be easier to avoid the issue I was facing.
