Add option to parameters:

You can save action to parameters.
You can set condition to activate actions or run it manually.
Conditions can be: moving tasks; editing task; etc.
Applied tasks: children, parent or linking tasks in different direction.

Why?

Automatization of branch creating. Example:

Edit separate function in code.
Create task to correct other functions using changes.

How?

Two ways:

Special function. One button to apply it, but only one proper way for usage.
Customable function. Plus: Flexible. Minus: Hard to learn, hard to use.

Now I want manual activate creation task. Tasks can generate control actions, but only user(or external system) can allow creation
