Don't reload stdin images #140

Currently attempting to reload an stdin image crahes/closes the program.

Side note: I don't write C, but I really liked the code structure

"To affirm that a commit complies with the rules and licensing governing a repository". Many projects (e.g. linux kernel) require this. I think it is a good practice. I'm not asking to use your real name =)
