Release v1.118.1 #21

Hi Arter97,

I figured out how to install v1.118.1. I think this might help bring the repo up to speed.

Note that default port of Immich have changed, and thus a notice might needed for all users.

Thanks, but v1.118 would need a few more changes like cleaning up systemd service. I'll handle this one myself. Thanks.
