Create server shop #1

At /spawn, the shop next to the mushroom tree requires shopkeepers. (instead of chest/sign based shops) Use DTLTraders and Citizens plugin.

Assigned to CubanDom. Currently behind schedule but 3 NPC's are done. Sent him IG Mail that we need to change prices of existing shops.
