Expand Drugs into Pills / Chemicals #136

Need more drugs with more complex sequences. Thinking we should use potions. Need some out of the box thinking. For example, Meth needs to change from a plant to a brewing sequence, as it is in reality. We can also also use this for pills MDMA etc. Brewery Plugin is the primary use of this, where you can configure ingredients, brew time, etc. QuickShop is the selling method - Art can help with that. At that time, I would like to REMOVE alcohol recipes.

Assigning Joe this. @JoeS8 can you come up with Additional Drugs, their ingredients, and their Brew specs? Pricing will probably be the most challenging, but we can base it off the time to brew each brew/potion on average.
