Update lsma.FCLSAbundance, other classes with best practices from management module #4

I wrote a lot of extensions to *Abundance clases in the missing management module; translate these into methods on the FCLSAbundance or NNLSAbundance classes.

This has been obviated by the new FCLSAbundanceMapper class in 0.2.0-dev.
