removed dupliced place types #180

Before engaging with #171 any duplicated place type entries should be cleaned up, e.g. there are two "A.ADM1" (https://pmb.acdh.oeaw.ac.at/admin/apis_vocabularies/placetype/?q=A.ADM1)
