listplace columns

one or more of the following refinements to listplace.html would be very much appreciated:

• The first column should be a hyperlink to the result (this seems to be the proper solution: )
• The column with the ID therefore is obsolete and does not have to be shown
• Initial alphabetical sort of column 1
• This maybe won’t be workable and be thus deleted but include an additional column "Zugehörigkeit" with all these values:
