Scrolling doesn't work #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to unleash.co.nz (a longish page)
2. Attempt to scroll
3. Viewport remains unchanged

Note also that the CSS and images don't render for this page either.

It seems that scrolling, then resizing the window, causes the scroll to "take".

Scrolling DOES work on Microsoft.com

Loading a large file (6.5mb mp3, loaded in to browser window for some reason...)
scrolling works until the file is completely loaded.

It works for me. Probably fixed in webkit some time in the last 6 months.
