Clicking in the scrollbar to jump by-page doesn't work #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a long page (e.g, microsoft.com)
2. Click in the scrollbar (not on the bar or an arrow) in a way that would
normally jump by a page
3. Observe that nothing happens.

Works now, probably fixed in WebKit some time in the last 6 months.
