lsdistcc_1.html Shown as Raw File in Browser #144

The other HTML manpages are fine.  Possibly lsdistcc_1.html is being served 
with content-type text/plain instead of text/html.

I also noticed that the lsdistcc manpage is not included in the distcc 
3.1-4ubuntu2 package.

By the way, I am able to view the lsdistcc manpage by saving the HTML file and 
then opening the saved file in a browser.
