Alliance Selection issue #48

From the end user: Running alliance selection screen for PAHAT, got finished with the second pick for 3rd alliance, and I could not choose the last two alliance teams. Reload and refresh had no effect. Google Chrome (I think v96?) On Win10.

I saw the same situation at Pine Tree. I could not repeat after reloading the event. Investigating.
