Multiple Window Synchronization #348

Consider adding a feature, where all of the windows on a given PC advance to the same match when one of the windows is switched. This would be helpful if we had a PC with multiple instances of gatool and, for example, one is showing the match numbers to the MC. If we move the Announce screen to the current match, the MC screen would also update. Right, now, you have to find all of the screens and update them individually. This can create a mismatch on the screen. (Only a few GA/MC teams use multiple monitors; don't fret over this one).

This kind of happens now, but you need to reload the second browser window. We're thinking about a timer that could do that for you.
