Remove all of the singletons and put them inside the services #24

The logic singletons go in logic_service.hpp
The graphical singletons go in gfx_service.hpp

Most of the singletons are on the GUI or input code, whose will be rewritten (in #23 and #22)

The remaining singleton is in the build queue, who will be a property of the player( I will work in it in #28 ), so it will not be a singleton anymore
