Travis integration #27

I've added a Travis-CI configuration file that defines what versions of ruby to run against and the default task for executing the tests.

Aside from merging this file, you will need to:

Login to Travis with a github account
Visit https://travis-ci.org/profile and flick the 'on' switch for the repository
Visit the service hooks page for the repisitory and enter the details under Travis
