Fix warnings #167

Rake runs ruby with warnings enabled by default now (ruby/rake#97)

thanks for the PR ひろき。Most of those classes/files are trash now, after the refactor. I will clean it up today, and ping you to rebase after that.

I guess, you will release v2.0. ( it is after refactoring version ) I'm looking forward to it.
