rdoc extension on README breaks packaging #74

The latest changes involving the renaming of the README cause the rake package task to fail:

Don't know how to build task 'README'

I think the rdoc rename change might need to be propagated to the Manifest and possibly other files. I dodged the issue by simply creating a new copy of README.rdoc without the extension a la: cp README.rdoc README

This line was also added during the commit which causes the package task to fail
