libmemcached installed by macports causes gem install to fail #81

I found that the reason for the problems I have had installing this gem was caused by an older version of libmemcached that was installed by macports.

Once I uninstalled libmemcached, the gem install worked fine.

Can't reproduce.

Found it; it only happens for me on REE-1.8.7. Looks like it picks up the wrong include path by default. I hacked in a relatively awful fix.
