Gist improvements #16

I 😍 gist but I would <3 it even more if we could preview the changes without having to save (the same way we do in the comments) and the text inputs accommodated bigger text better.

And if there was an Edit button on the main page listing all of a user's Gists that would take them directly to the editor 😄 cc @rafaelfranca
