Mobile Center currently conflicts with Akavache.

The Microsoft.Azure.Mobile packages conflict with Akavache, with error "Payload contains two or more files with the same destination path 'SQLitePCLRaw.batteries_v2.dll'." Microsoft.Azure.Mobile references sqlite-net-pcl, which depends on SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_green; Akavache depends on SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_e_sqlite3. Both contain SQLitePCLRaw.batteries_v2.dll.
