infinte loop when running cdhit on a specific DNA sequence #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download attached file
2.Run cd-hit-v4.6.1-2012-08-27/cd-hit -c .8 -i ARO5000194.fa -o cdhit/ARO5000194
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see repeated output of "comparing sequences from          0  to          0" 
until I kill cdhit
I expect normal clustering output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.6.1 on linux

Please provide any additional information below.
