add basic data for all option definitions #1

added name and description for all definitions added type and unit for most did not add title

I didn't add the title because I thought someone closer to the project and more familiar with the firmware for what they should be called. I added most of the types and units though some remain. all of the names and descriptions from http://smoothieware.org/configuration-options were added.

PR#2 has titles that I didn't add. You should merge that. I just did a diff and it looks good, it's more complete than this one. I'm closing this one but can resubmit later if needed
