No installation icon + invisible list IMAP folders

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Simple application installation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- No Kolab-Android icon in Android
- "invisible" (white on white?) selecting the IMAP folder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

icon problem: 0.6 and 0.7 in Android 2.2. I works in 0.5 version.
invisible folders: 0.5 (I do not know in 0.6 and 0.7)

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry if I explained something incorrect. Thanks!... this software will be a 
perfect tool to sync with thunderbird (in my case).

Please see http://code.google.com/p/kolab-android/wiki/ReleaseNotes_0_6 for 
instructions on using the new code.

Specifically: " [...] under Accounts & Settings create a new Kolab Android 
Account. Setup IMAP and other settings. Finally, enable the sync. Sync should 
start and create new Contacts and a new Calendar."

There was some UI-work in 0.6, so please open a separate issue with the 
Invisible Folder Issue, should it still persist in the new versions.
