reference.fasta #46

I'm running into this issue for the first time and I'm not sure how to address it:

[FATAL] Unable to find required file, references.fasta, for pipeline, 'Annotate reads'

Any suggestions?

What is the command you are using? Are you pointing the artic minion command at the primer scheme? that should contain the referece fasta file.
