RAMPART help

Hi all,

I recently started validation experiments for SARS-CoV-2 sequencing for my company and would like to ask for your help with RAMPART. My question are:

• How can I generate a consensus sequence?
• is it possible to create a summary report from RAMPART execution? and how?
• where should I add the barcodes.csv file to provide the mapping of barcode to sample name?

I have no bioinformatics experience and your help would be greatly appreciated!
