Hi @joshquick -- this PR for ARTIC v4.1 doesn't include an insert.bed file. Does this imply that the insert sequences/positions didn't change from v4 (and the additional primers for 4.1 are just alternate sequences) or do we need to re-derive the insert.bed from the primers?
