Identical IDs get collapsed in all but timeline (and that functionality wants to stay the same) #105

Timeline will get a new argument to group by a different column There have to be unique IDs as input

Now there's an errr if duplicate IDs are given, and a new arg for the timeline --timeline-group-column to group sequences together in the timeline
