Manual improvement #93

The link to "Mapping options and usage instructions" is broken. I like the "Example Report". I think it would be nice to have a few more examples where you provide the civet command you used and a link the corresponding report output. Great stuff!!

I've fixed the broken link, thanks for that! That sounds like a good idea for the manual - I'll add this as a separate enhancement request so I can close the broken link issue
