Is this tool at production stage? #97

Hi,

I was looking for tools for outbreak analyses and I came across this one. I'm already a keen user of pangolin so I'd be excited to test civet too, I've checked out the manual (and outputs) and it looks really cool! Is it at production stage? Is there any caveat I should keep in mind before I test it?

Hi @domenico-simone, thanks for your interest! We have civet operational for COG-UK currently and has been used on CLIMB over the last year there. We are currently developing civet3, which isn't quite ready yet, but that will be a general use tool. I'll keep you notified of when civet3 is ready, we're actively working on it at the moment. 😁
