Also updated scheme_manifest.json, unfortunately since we have now adopted minor versioning for primer schemes e.g. V4.1 this means the latest_version field would have been a float rather than and int which causes the artic-tools scheme downloader to fail.... In the mean time I have converted the latest version fields to strings and am hoping to push a change to fieldbioinformatics to support this soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused
