Jump to sample if you click on a sample name #48

If you click on a sample name or sample bar in the top panel then scroll to view that sample.

Now implemented and working for the sample map counts barchart via 96cf3725077c470ee642dee95caebb0fe15773c4. Should be easy to add to the coverage graph too.
