Feature request: add extra charts with read information using seqkit #84

Referencing this (closed) PR https://github.com/artic-network/rampart/pull/82 so the useful work is not lost.

This PR uses seqkit to collect additional information about the reads. When RAMPART is used as a sequencing evaluation tool these charts will be useful.
