using the fastq.gz files demultiplexed #91

We have recently updated MinKnow and the output fastq files are compressed and rampart (v.1.1.0) no longer recognises them. Do you need to change any settings for rampart to be able to use the demultiplexed fastq.gz files.

Hey Joseph, could you help me in using demultiplexed fastq files? I have a few errors I dont really understand in annotation
