move the education section on second page #14

I don't understand the reason, perhaps swapping with 'certifications' and 'languages' sections?! In any case it's an improvement, so it goes beyond 2.0

it does not make any sense unless we know what to place there. Since there is no reason specified in the description of the task I close it with no further reason. Will be reopened should news appear.
