add QR codes pointing to Linkedin & Github #3

One of the QR codes can be put in place of the picture of the model of CV of this project

the space for the picture has been taken by other stuff. essentially there is no space for a QR. But maybe it is still worth adding one. So you need to study how to shrink contents and insert one. It is vital when someone prints it and cannot click on the hyperlinks.

clashes with #69.

I personally don't know if it's useful adding QR codes beyond business card. In any case, we could produce two versions: one with QR code and one with profile picture instead. Keeping it open for future iterations.

As stated by the feedback in #69 there is no reason to add QRs. They occupy a lot of precious space and there is essentially no added value. If they want, they can either clink on the hyperlinks or Google it. I barely reckon an hiring manager has all this time. Closing with no further action.
