sshfs unusable on server 2008 #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install packages below
2. mount remote ssh share
3. attempt to access any directory/file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Will often show populated directories as empty. After accessing a small
number of folders (4+), 'Location is not available' dialog pops up with
'The parameter is incorrect'.

Did succeed in accessing one file after restarting dokan a number of times,
but immediately resumed above behavior.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

dokan-0.4.2.1238 x86
dokan-sshfs-0.2.0.1226
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package
(note: VS 2008 installed on machine. Tried without redistributable package
first, same results after install)

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry if server 2008 is not supported. I assumed that it would work since
x86 works on vista.

forgot to mention that this is all binary, did not try to build from source
