Table CSS env:lisp-system #16

Hi.

A tiny contribution for starters. I found the table not very readable and Markdown is not very friendly when it comes to tabular data, CSS-wise.

So in order to not mess with the markdown, I'd figure we could add the css classes via JS.

I didn't really know where would be the best place to put the JS snippet, so feel free to move it around ;)

Thanks for the contribution. You are totally right, the output is sketch. Perhaps the thing to do is include a footer-js.html file to include?

Of course, my build box is unplugged right now. I'll be home in about 2 hours to turn it on. I'll merge your contribution onto 'devel' branch; supposing it deploys clean out to http://articulate-lisp.com/devel/ (no reason to think it shouldn't), I'll merge it in.

I thought about the include. It might make sense if the need arises for additional JS hackery.

Just noticed your note on contribution. I'll make sure to issue any future pull requests onto 'devel'.
