Improve snippets. #21

From a reddit comment: someone wished that they had snippets for: 'macros, loop construct, multiple dispatch, restarts (maybe), lambdas of course, before and after etc.'

I would classify these into 3 levels based on difficulty:

intro - macros, loop, multiple dispatch, lambda
intermediate - :before, :after
advanced - restarts.

Probably should move these into their own page.
