Fix the new project trotter link #40

I wasn't able to test this due to docker not working for me for whatever reason.

Got:

Unable to find image 'jekyll/stable:latest' locally
Pulling repository docker.io/jekyll/stable
Error: image jekyll/stable:latest not found

When running livetest.sh

Looks like there are multiple other places where that link is broken. I can apply the same fix later tonight.

Edit: I'm fine with the pull request waiting for those.

There's actually tons of broken links. I will make a new branch/request tonight with fixes for as many as I can track down in an hour or two. Closing this one.

Fascinating, did the jekyll image fall off of Docker Hub? Which link was broken so much?
