Fix some stuff from #121 feedback.

No worries. Having done this a few times, I want only to emphasize the Upgrade Problem. For us here today, the Upgrade Problem is about the difficulty of upgrading k8s CRDs. If we want to perform an upgrade, then we do something like:

• Declare a v2 API, which lives next to the v1 API in the same JSON file
• Add two hunks of functionality to the controller; first, how to upgrade v1 objects to v2 in-memory...
• ...second, how to serialize in v2 format instead of v1 when storing in etcd
• Finally, wait until most users are on v2, then declare v1 deprecated in the original JSON
• Leave an open bug for a junior sysadmin: remove v1 entirely from the CRD and controller

I often think of this in terms of five-act structure; the fourth act, Bureaucracy, is where most of the unpleasantness waits.
